Theatrical Projections

Over 50 years ago my father founded what is now a legacy, Timber Lake Playhouse, the oldest summer stock theatre in Illinois. There remains a history of giant-sized backdrops in my life from growing up running follow spots, building flats and mixing paint to studying scenic art and design at Yale School of Drama to painting sets for the Metropolitan Opera, the Juilliard School and Broadway musicals.

Although photography has taken me in a different direction, I was thrilled to be asked to provide backdrop-sized projections for the 25th season of the chamber music series, Bach Dancing and Dynamite Society. This new challenge brought me full circle.
